A collaboration of craftsmanship

Manor X Vujic Branding LogoAt Manor, we seek to partner with people and companies that can help us realise our goals of creating sustainable, community-driven developments and beautiful spaces that inspire a sense of connection and purpose. Vujic Property Group (Vujic) shares this vision and provides a level of craftsmanship second to none.

Vujic is an award-winning development and construction company that specialises in creating luxury homes, apartments and commercial buildings.

Owner and director, Rob Vujic’s commitment to outstanding craftsmanship have afforded him the enviable reputation of being one of Australia’s most knowledgeable and highly regarded builders. His strong work ethic, disciplined approach and eye for detail grant him a professional signature recognisable by his ability to create architectural masterpieces whose stature and elegance stand the test of time.

Currently the group has over $180m AUD of gross property realisations across 3 brand new developments including 8 Adolph Street, 14–16 Wilson Street and 175 Burnley Street.

In a climate where businesses and employees are demanding more from their workplaces, the Manor × Vujic collaboration couldn’t come at a better time — delivering beautiful spaces where people want to live, connect and come back to.Beautifully crafted Cremorne boutique office boardroom with crafted wood detailingManor × Vujic anticipates a difficult economic year in CY23 with a recession possible. The group seeks to use this as an opportunity to acquire assets and continue to build the pipeline. We are monitoring the market very closely and are pivoting our strategy and delivery management with a forward looking approach. Our key approach is underpinned on our completion date and what the market will look like then.

Manor × Vujic have worked aggressively in building core efficiencies to the group with a core goal to have a rotating $500m AUD pipeline within 10 years. Design and architecture are now in house, the project delivery and management team has been streamlined, the financial control and credit team has been bolstered to support the targeted growth. These efficiencies have been particularly evident over the past two years, as we have been able to deliver exceptional results as promised — on time and on budget — even when challenged with supply chain and Covid restrictions.

Nonetheless, the business stays true to its core values. Operate institutional quality, but always have that family business hands on touch.175 Burnley Street Richmond office workspace with premium finishes
